At Genesage Boutique, we ship high-quality grow equipment, grow kits, and accessories with care to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Complimentary clones are provided only with eligible grow kit purchases, and require additional precautions. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.
  • Processing times vary depending on product availability, order volume, and whether the order includes complimentary clones.
  • Once your order has been packed and prepared for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking or collection details.

Processing Times:

  • Standard products & grow equipment: 1โ€“3 business days
  • Grow kits: 1โ€“5 business days
  • Orders including complimentary clones: Shipping or collection is arranged by appointment only to protect plant health.

2. Delivery Options

Shipping

We offer door-to-door delivery through trusted couriers where available.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.

Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by region and courier service.
  • Orders containing complimentary clones require temperature-safe scheduling, which may affect delivery timelines.

Local Collection (By Appointment Only)

Customers may choose to collect their orders in person.
Collection appointments will be arranged after your order is prepared.

This option is strongly recommended for orders that include complimentary clones for optimal plant health.


3. Complimentary Clones (Grow Kit Purchases Only)

Clones are free gifts, not retail products.
Because they are living plants, special conditions apply:

  • Shipping or collection times will be discussed directly with you before dispatch.
  • Complimentary clones are packed securely for transport, but must be inspected immediately upon delivery or collection.
  • By accepting your order, you acknowledge that the clones were received in good health and correct quantity.
  • After acceptance, Genesage Boutique is not liable for the future condition, growth, or survival of the clones.

4. Customer Responsibility & Inspection

Upon delivery or collection, customers must inspect their order for:

  • Visible damage
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect products
  • Clone health (if included)

By accepting or signing for your order, you confirm that:

  • All items were received in good condition
  • Quantities match your order
  • Complimentary clones (if applicable) are healthy and accurate

No liability will be accepted by Genesage Boutique after the order is accepted.


5. Shipping Risk

We take great care when packing and preparing all orders, including living plants.
However, once an order has left our premises, all risk passes to the customer.

Genesage Boutique is not responsible for:

  • Courier delays
  • Shipping damage
  • Temperature exposure
  • Improper handling by third parties

For orders including complimentary clones, we strongly recommend choosing local collection whenever possible.


6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our inventory:

Non-Returnable Items

  • Complimentary clones (no returns or refunds)
  • Used products
  • Items removed from original packaging
  • Perishable goods
  • Sale or clearance items

Eligible Returns (Products Only)

Certain equipment items may be eligible for return following our Refund Policy.
Concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.


7. Changes, Cancellations & Address Errors

  • Orders may be cancelled before fulfilment.
  • Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error cannot be refunded.
